Pick you up from hotel lobby at 08:30 am. Drive 2 hours to Simatai Great Wall: This dizzying section of the Great Wall is for the very fit - its extremely steep, and unrestored, therefore quite challenging in places. The reward for the energetic who are prepared to tackle it is that its also very beautiful, far less crowded and has some fascinating architecture. Be prepared! (Lunch)

Day 3 Chuandixia Vallige
Pick you up from hotel lobby at 08:30 am. Drive 2 hours to Chuandixia Vallige: A picturesque mountain village, 3 hours drive from Beijing through winding mountain valleys. The ancient walled courtyard houses and alleys clamber up the hillside, and have remained largely unchanged for centuries. Many of the families (all descended from the original founder) open their homes to provide meals for visitors. (Lunch)

Day 4 Summer Palace, The Forbidden City, Garden of Virtue and Harmony
Pick you up from hotel lobby at 08:30 am. Drive 40 minutes to Summer Palace with Cruise & The Garden of Virtue and Harmony: The palace is positioned in the west suburb of Beijing, about 12 kilometers northwest of the city center. Equally famous as the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace is calledYiheyuan(Garden of Nurtured Harmony) in Chinese. It is up to now the best preserved and the largest imperial gardens in China. You may regret it if you come to Beijing without visiting this grand imperial garden. In the palace, you can also cruise on the lake. It will take 10 minutes by the ferry boat. Besides this, you can also visit The Garden of Virtue and Harmony; it was built as a theater for the Empress Dowager. Its construction began in the 17th year of Emperor Guangxus reign (1891) and lasted for five years.

After lunch, you will go to the Forbidden City: The Imperial Palace, home to 24 Emperors between 1420 and 1911. Great squares, halls and gates contrast with the intricate networks of side halls, gardens, courtyards and quarters for those who lived in this city within a city. The exhibitions, both permanent and temporary, are also absolutely fascinating. Expect to spend at least 2-3 hours, wear good walking shoes and protection from the weather.

Dinner at Wahaha Restaurant(Set Menu): Famous for its Hangzhou flavor dishes with fantasic decor. The internal decor is inspired by sea and sea bottom, ponds and shore vegetation. Hangzhou dishes are noted for their elaborate preparation, sophisticated cooking and refreshing taste. Many local specialties will be sure to make your trip a cultural experience. We recommend that you try Beggars Chicken (a chicken baked in clay), West Lake Fish (vinegar coated fish fresh caught from the lake), Dongpo Pork (braised pork) and Fried Shrimps with Longjing Tea, etc. (Lunch, Dinner)

Day 5  Hutong, Temple of Heaven
Pick you up from hotel lobby at 08:30 am. Drive 40 minutes to Hutong : A maze of historic alleyways and old single storey traditional courtyard houses, now fast disappearing. Dotted around the hutong are the Drum and Bell Towers, Kindergarten, Tea House, and local people’s houses. Your tour includes a visit with a local family,  and a local flea market.

After lunch, transfer to Temple of Heaven: One of the most famous sites in Beijing, this is Ming architecture at its best: beautiful, controlled, and highly symbolic. The surrounding gardens are full of interesting activity, particularly weekend mornings. Wear good walking shoes and protection from the weather.
Dinner at Shanshuijian Restaurant (Lunch,Dinner)
