Day 2: Beijing

Detailed Itinerary: After breakfast, we will visit Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City which is the Palace of Chinese emperors in Ming and Qing Dynasty 500 years ago. As for the lunch, enjoy wheaten food of Beijing cuisine at Jing Mian Da Wang Restaurant. Jing Mian Da Wang specializes in its traditional decoration of old city with archaistic red lanterns & bridal sedan chair; it mainly caters wheaten food to diners from local and different regions, creating a cozy atmosphere of festival and household.
After lunch, visit the Temple of Heaven, where emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties would offer sacrifice to heaven and pray for good harvests.
In the evening, enjoy the dinner at Bai Restaurant. It is famous for imperial court cuisine and the unique Baifu dishes. (B, L, D)

Day 3: Beijing

Detailed Itinerary: First stop we will visit the Great Wall- Mutianyu Section which has some unique characteristics over other section. A cable car takes you to a good section (avoiding a very steep climb), where you can walk along the wall, through the watch towers and enjoy superb views as it snakes across the hills and mountains. And then, we will enjoy the delicious lunch at the Xing Shuang Quan restaurant. Its specialties include the Huairou specialty rainbow trout, sturgeon, salmon and other many other varieties. We will continue to visit 798 Art District this afternoon. In the evening, enjoy the Peking Roasted Duck which is renowned as the most delicious food of Beijing. After dinner, you could explore Donghuamen Night Market by yourself. It is a famous street-food market that starts at the west end of Wangfujing Street. Donghuamen Night Market has black-tiled pavement and pristine-looking stalls selling skewers of meat, shellfish, fruits and vegetables. (B, L, D)

Day 4: Beijing - Xian

Detailed Itinerary: Today, you will experience Hutong Tours in Rickshaw. Hutong is a maze of historic alleyways and old single storey traditional courtyard houses, now fast disappearing. Dotted around the Hutong are the Drum and Bell Towers, Tea House, and local peoples houses. You will also visit with a local family and talk to the family members to gain a true understanding of life in this region and to have an experience of this unique form of community. And then you will learn Chinese cooking with the owners and have a lunch there. As for the dinner, you will enjoy it at Minjianwagang Restaurant, which is famous for its Title-Crock Soup. The Title-Crock Soup is made up spring water and fresh material, simmering in traditional method, has become one of the specialties in Shaanxi cuisine. (B, L, D)

Day 5: Xian

Detailed Itinerary: First we will visit Terracotta Warriors, Big Wild Goose Pagoda and enjoy Dumpling Banquet as for lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, we will continue our tour to visit Muslim Quarters of Xian. The 500 meters long avenue paved by bluestones are dotted with many unique stall, souvenir shop, café and bars which are mostly run by Muslim people. You could found a lot of local snacks here. As for the dinner, you will enjoy the Hot pot of Xian cuisine at Tangyuegong. In the Evening enjoy the Tang Dynasty at Tang Yuegong. (B, L, D)

Day 6: Xian - Chengdu

Detailed Itinerary: Today, we will visit the City wall. The walls, ramparts, gates and watchtowers form one of the oldest and most complete city defenses still around. You can walk, rent a bike or take an electric cart around the full 14km circuit, with great views of the city on either side. Later, you will enjoy the lunch at Qianzhou Reataurant. Qianzhou Restaurant is well-known for its local flavors and ingredients originate from Qian County, its refreshment which is so-called Qianzhou Four Treasures was considered to be famous food nationwide. The specialties are of ancient origin with Tang Dynasty and local culture, leaving good memory to customers. After that, we will fight to Chengdu. After have a rest in hotel, your guide will accompany you enjoy the Chengdu snack, and appreciate the classic operatic circle of the origin of a hundred years. In the evening, you will enjoy the Chengdu snacks at Longchaoshou. It is a time-honored snack bar with different kinds of snack. Day 7: Chengdu

You can sample local arts and craft, traditional Chinese goods, local food and delicious snacks in the streets. Detailed Itinerary: Be a Shanghainese will give you a chance to experience the real life of Shanghainese and to know how they think and what they do. Your guide will pick you up at your hotel and transfer to Caoyang New Village, the first new-birth Village for workers since the national liberation in 1952. After that you will visit a kindergarten, a local market and call on a local residence to make dumplings with the owners. Then, have your lunch there. In the evening, you will enjoy your dinner at Home’s restaurant. Homes specializes in home-style dishes, of which bouillon, smoked fish and red jujube with sticky rice are well-known in locals, have enjoyed a great reputation from different regions. Day 10: Shanghai - Guilin

Day 11: Guilin - Yangshuo

Detailed Itinerary: A cruise along the Li River between Guilin and Yangshuo is an unforgettable experience. As you take in the stunning scenery theres something interesting to see at almost every bend in the river. Between spectacular limestone peaks youll see graceful bamboo groves, farmers tending rice paddies, and lumbering water buffaloes pulling carts or cooling off in the river. After that, you’ll have a special experience to learn Chinese cooking.
The class begins at the local market where ingredients for dishes chosen by the students. Back at the covered, rooftop patio-classroom, students (usually 3-5 people) have individual cooking stations with a backdrop of mountain and park scenery. During the class, you will learn three popular dishes on your own set of cooking equipment provided by us. Day 12: Guilin - Hong Kong

Biking in beautiful Yangshuo will give you a chance to escape onto the country road, lanes and tracks of the distinctive and beautiful Yangshou countryside. Biking through the paddy field and orchards that surround the famous mountains will give a fascinating insight into life in rural China. Centuries old farming methods sit side by side with mobile phones and satellite dishes. As for the Lunch, you’ll enjoy traditional Yangshou food at a local restaurant-Meiyou Restaurant. (B, L, D)

Day 13: Hong Kong

Hong Kong, as the crossroads of eastern and western cultures, has developed a blend of eating habits incorporating Chinese, notably Cantonese, and western cuisines. It is has acquired a reputation as an "eating paradise". As a place where the world meets, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai and Indian restaurants are also very common. (B)

Day 14: Depart Hong Kong
