Day 01:Arrival in Beijing
Arrival in Beijing, met and transferred to your hotel in Beijing. Free for the rest of the day.
Day 02:Beijing
Starting the day with a visit the imperial palace, also known as the "Forbidden City" that symbolizes the imperial and traditional China. After lunch go on with the visit to Temple of Heaven, the place where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for peace and harvest. Then move on to Summer Palace, originally a royal garden and a temporary dwelling palace for emperors of Qing Dynasty. Back to your hotel. ( B, L )
Day 03:Beijing - Xian by overnight train
After breakfast, have an excursion to The Great Wall, symbol of Chinese civilization. After lunch,go on with the visit to Changling, one of the Ming Tombs, where 13 emperors were buried in Ming Dynasty. Transferred to Beijing West Station and take overnight Train for Xian. ( B, L )
Day 04:Arrrival in Xian
Arrival in Xian. Met & transfer to hotel. After lunch, your city tour begins with a visit to The Shaanxi Museum - a large modern museum of the national level. Then move on to visit The Great Mosque, the biggest and most preserved complete Chinese existent mosque. Then visit Xian City Wall.
Day 05:Xian - Shanghai by overnight train
After breakfast at hotel, have full excursion to the Terra-cotta Army - a lifetime viewing of the extraordinary 2200-year-old terra-cotta Army of China’s First Emperor-Qin Shihuang. After lunch, visit Banpo Museum - a village set up by a late Neolithic people. Transferred to Xian Rail Station and take a train to Shanghai. ( B, L )
Day 06:Arrival in Shanghai
Arrival in Shanghai. Met and transferred to your hotel. Free for the rest of the day. ( B )
Day 07:Shanghai
Full day coach tour (you should go to the meeting point to meet your guide). First visit Jade Buddha Temple - the most famous Buddhist temple in Shanghai. Then visit The Bund - one of the most noted waterfront and architectural symbols of Shanghai. Then move on to Yuyuan Garden - the most famous garden in Shanghai. After lunch, move on to Xin Tian Di - something like Lan Kwai Fong in Hong Kong and Clarke Quay in Singapore. After that drive to Peoples Square - the unique and impressive outlook of the city and circled on all sides by huge and overpowering buildings. Then visit Shanghai Museum - the museum has four exhibition halls holding bronze ware, calligraphy, paintings, pottery, porcelain, jade ware, stone carvings, Jiaguwen imperial seals etc. End of service. Transferred to your hotel in Shanghai. ( B, L )
Day 08:Exit from Shanghai
Transfer to train station for departure or free on your own. ( B ) |
